The betting odds tracker consolidates data from five major markets, including Betfair, Smarkets, PredictIt, Polymarket, and Kalshi. Of these, the crypto-based platform Polymarket has boosted Trump’s odds slightly, with him now being the slight favourite at 51.1 percent compared to Harris’ 48.3 percent. Additionally, Trump’s odds of winning Pennsylvania have also increased, with bookmakers now giving him a 55.5 percent chance of victory in the state.
While some bookmakers show Harris in the lead, others like Kalshi and PredictIt depict a close race between the two candidates. Harris holds a slight advantage on Kalshi at 51 percent versus Trump’s 49 percent, while on PredictIt, she has a 54 percent chance of winning compared to Trump’s 50 percent. Smarkets, a British betting site, predicts Harris has a 50.5 percent chance of becoming the next president.
In terms of polling, Harris currently leads Trump by 2.7 points in the latest average of national polls. While Harris has been marginally ahead in national polls for weeks, the battleground states show a much closer race. Harris leads in states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, while Trump has narrow leads in Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina.
There is also positive news for Harris in Florida, where a poll suggests Trump’s lead has decreased, making the state competitive for the vice president. Despite Trump leading among older demographics, Harris maintains a significant lead among young voters in the state.
