The nursery manager, Katrina Davidson, expressed deep dismay, highlighting the impact on both children and staff who had put in effort to create the fairy garden and maintain the play area.
Davidson appealed to the public for any information or footage that could help identify the vandals, expressing hope that it was an isolated incident.
