Road marking works are set to take place in Dumfriesshire, leading to overnight closures on the A7 south of Langholm. The closures will occur from 7.30pm to 6am from Monday to Wednesday, October 28 to 30. During this time, the road will be shut in both directions between the B720 Hollows junction and the town. A signed diversion route will be in place, redirecting traffic between Hawick and Canonbie via the A698, A6088, and B6357, adding 7.7 miles and 20 minutes to journeys.
