The house, a modern reinterpretation of a 17th-century malthouse, boasted a restaurant-sized kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a striking 30-metre pergola framing a central glass portal. Although the couple encountered challenges, including a critical steel piece being made incorrectly, nearly jeopardizing the entire £15,000 component, their perseverance paid off. Giuliano expressed the project’s demanding nature, admitting that it consumed every free moment over the past 14 months.
McCloud, impressed by the couple’s achievement, remarked that their work had reshaped his perception of millennials, praising the meticulous finishing and design elements within the property.
