A Dubai-based woman has revealed that her husband purchased a private island worth $50 million for her so she could comfortably wear a bikini in the privacy of their exclusive beach retreat.
Soudi Al Nadak, a 26-year-old influencer, shared a video on Instagram showcasing the idyllic private island her husband, Dubai businessman Jamal Al Nadak, gifted her. In the post, she jokingly captioned, “POV: You wanted to wear a bikini so your millionaire husband bought you an island.”
Originally from the UK, Soudi referred to herself as a “full-time housewife” and narrated how she met her husband while they were both studying in Dubai, ultimately tying the knot in 2021. With a massive following of 336,000 on Instagram, Soudi frequently flaunts her lavish lifestyle, often showcasing extravagant gifts from her husband in videos titled “How much my millionaire husband spent on me this week”, with expenditures ranging from $50,000 to a staggering $1 million (£37,266-£745,325).
Documenting her opulent wedding on social media, Soudi mentioned marrying outside her cultural norms as she did not believe in paying for dates and only accepted gold as gifts. In a recent interview, Soudi disclosed that the purchase of the island, valued at $50 million (£37.25 million), was initially considered as an investment by the couple.
Speaking to the Indian news outlet Hindustan Times, Soudi shared, “It was something we were looking to do for a while for investment, and my husband wants me to feel safe on a beach which is why he purchased one. For privacy reasons, we aren’t sharing the exact location but it’s in Asia and it was $50m.”
