Police in North Yorkshire are searching for a Rangers fan following a pub brawl that left one victim hospitalized. The incident took place at Blues Bar on Montpellier Parade in Harrogate on Monday, September 9, around 8.40pm. During the altercation, a man assaulted two individuals, resulting in one victim sustaining a serious arm injury requiring hospital treatment, while the other victim suffered minor injuries.
Authorities have released CCTV images of the man they wish to speak to in connection with the assault. Described as having grey hair and a goatee beard, the man was wearing a distinctive Umbro Rangers training top at the time of the incident. While a woman in her 40s has already been identified and interviewed by the police, they are still appealing for information to locate the man in question.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police stated, “We believe he may have information about the assault, which left the victim needing hospital treatment.
