A pub in Cambuslang has received recognition for its exceptional real ale selection, as members of the town’s Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) branch voted The John Fairweather on Main Street to be included in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide 2025. The guide, a popular beer and pub directory in the UK, recently published its list which also features Rutherglen’s An Ruadh Ghleann pub. Local CAMRA members regularly visited the Wetherspoon pubs to assess the quality of the real ales available, considering aspects such as customer service, ambiance, and overall experience.
