Colvend and Southwick Community Council have initiated a housing survey to determine the demand for housing in their coastal community. The study will encompass various settlements including Colvend, Barnbarroch, Kippford, Rockcliffe, Portling, Sandyhills, Caulkerbush, and Mainsriddle. The ultimate goal is to cultivate a vibrant community that appeals to both current and prospective residents, fostering an environment where younger generations can choose to remain while also attracting new residents.
