A tragic incident in London has resulted in the death of a pregnant woman and her unborn baby following a collision with an unmarked police car. The Metropolitan Police reported that the incident occurred on the A20 in Eltham, south-east London, around 6.15pm on Thursday near the junction with Kidbrooke Park Road.
