The traditional Church Hall will see part demolition to the rear and a complete internal and external remodel to create two semi-detached dwellings. Additionally, the pre-fabricated steel frame building on the site will be demolished to make way for two more dwellings, all designed to blend in with the existing streetscape and local surroundings.
Vehicular access to the development will be from Kirkholm Avenue, while pedestrian access will be available from a rear lane serving adjacent properties. The new homes will feature off-road parking, garden grounds, and amenities in line with the area’s aesthetic. The project aims to enhance Kirkholm Avenue by replacing outdated structures with modern, well-designed homes that complement the neighbourhood.
The proposal, currently awaiting consideration by South Ayrshire Council, is expected to bring positive changes to the local community and amenities.
