Cunard Reveals Michelin-Starred Seafood Dining Experience Aboard Queen Victoria
Cunard has announced a new collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw, offering passengers a luxurious five-course seafood tasting menu during selected Mediterranean cruises next year. Nathan Outlaw, known for his expertise in seafood cuisine and as a protege of Rick Stein, will showcase his talent during four exclusive residencies aboard Queen Victoria in the summer of 2025.
While specific pricing details for this dining experience are pending, Cunard has confirmed that it will accommodate up to 60 guests at a time, promising an exceptional “elevated seafood experience” featuring Mediterranean ingredients. The series of four voyages will commence with a 14-night journey from Barcelona to Civitavecchia on 7 July 2025, with prices starting from £1,849 per person for a Britannia inside cabin.
During the inaugural sailing, Mr. Outlaw will be present for the first seven nights, conducting live cooking demonstrations and engaging in question and answer sessions about his culinary journey to stardom in the Royal Court Theatre. Subsequent sailings include 14-night trips from Barcelona to Civitavecchia on 18 August, a round-trip from Civitavecchia on 1 September, and another from Barcelona on 29 September.
