Former Arsenal footballer Jay Emmanuel-Thomas has denied allegations of attempting to smuggle £600,000 worth of cannabis into the UK. The 33-year-old striker, who was recently with Scottish Championship team Greenock Morton, faced charges over an incident at Stansted Airport where he was accused of importing class B drugs.
