Nazi-Obsessed Knifeman Attempts to Murder Asylum Seeker with Hitler Signature Tattoo
A man obsessed with Nazi ideology, sporting a tattoo of Adolf Hitler’s signature on his left forearm, has been found guilty of attempted murder. Callum Ulysses Parslow stabbed asylum seeker Nahom Hagos in the chest and hand at a hotel in Worcestershire, claiming it was his “duty to England.”
Parslow, 32, armed himself with a specialist knife purchased online for $1,000 (£770) and travelled to the Pear Tree Inn at Hindlip on April 2nd with the intention of attacking a “Channel migrant” in protest against small boat crossings. Despite denying attempted murder but admitting to wounding, Parslow was convicted of attempted murder following a trial in Leicester Crown Court.
After stabbing Hagos, Parslow attempted to flee towards a canal but was apprehended by the police. He then tried to post a manifesto detailing his extremist views to social media platforms, tagging in prominent figures including Tommy Robinson, Sir Keir Starmer, and Nigel Farage. The manifesto expressed his intent to “exterminate” his victim in the name of defending England against what he deemed as threats from various groups.
During a search of Parslow’s residence, police discovered a second knife, an axe, a metal baseball bat, a swastika-emblazoned armband, Nazi memorabilia, and copies of Mein Kampf. His actions were deemed as having been motivated by extreme right-wing ideology, leading him to target Hagos based on his ethnicity.
Hagos miraculously survived the attack, which was captured on CCTV footage. He described his survival as a miracle and expressed gratitude for being spared. Following the incident, Parslow pleaded guilty to additional offenses unrelated to the attempted murder and now awaits sentencing.
