Trump accuses Harris of being ‘out partying’ after leaving supporters waiting three hours to do Rogan podcast

Donald Trump has accused Kamala Harris of neglecting her duties and “partying” with Beyonce while the Middle East was in conflict. This accusation came after Trump left supporters waiting for three hours in Michigan for a rally, as he was recording a podcast with Joe Rogan in Texas.

The former president was scheduled to address the crowd in Traverse City at 7:30 pm but did not appear until 10:30 pm. He communicated his delay via a video message projected at the rally site, citing his podcast recording as the reason for the tardiness. Many supporters were seen leaving the venue after the announcement.

Upon finally taking the stage, Trump apologised to his fans for the delay, citing the importance of winning the election as the reason for his absence. He mentioned the lengthy podcast recording with Joe Rogan and other important commitments as factors that led to the delay.

Following his apology, Trump launched a verbal attack on Harris, criticising her for being ‘out partying’ while there was ongoing conflict in the Middle East. He accused her of mismanagement and incompetence, contrasting it with his own efforts to ‘Make America Great Again’.

Harris, on the other hand, held a campaign rally in Texas on women’s reproductive rights with Beyonce. Trump continued to label Harris’ campaign as a hate campaign aimed at him, and mocked her for attending a dance party with Beyonce.

Trump also addressed the allegations against him, including being called a dictator and an evil genius by his political rivals. He dismissed these accusations as baseless and highlighted the negative campaigning tactics employed against him.

During the rally, Trump paused his remarks to allow medics to assist a rally-goer and played Ave Maria by Pavarotti, suggesting it played while attendees waited. He swayed to the music before resuming his speech.

In summary, Trump’s accusations towards Harris and his delayed appearance at the rally in Michigan reflect the ongoing tensions in the US political landscape. The contrasting events featuring Trump and Harris highlight the intensity and division in the lead-up to the upcoming election.
