A Scottish Covid vaccination worker found himself in court after boasting about ejaculating into his boss’s beard balm following an argument, the Daily Record reports. The 25-year-old, Jordan Fitzpatrick, made the error of bragging about his actions to another manager several days after the incident. Fitzpatrick reportedly told his colleague that his boss had a bottle of beard oil on his table, which he then contaminated. The gel in the bottle appeared cloudy with sediment at the bottom, prompting the police to be notified.
Livingston Sheriff Court was informed that the contents of the bottle were sent for forensic analysis, which confirmed the presence of semen containing DNA matching Fitzpatrick’s. Initially denying any wrongdoing, Fitzpatrick later pleaded guilty to committing a breach of the peace by depositing his semen into the bottle of beard gel with the intention of his boss using it. He also admitted to informing other colleagues at the NHS Vaccination Centre in Bathgate about his actions between July 1 and 5, 2021.
During the court hearing, Fitzpatrick’s defence lawyer reserved his plea in mitigation for the sentencing date. Sheriff James MacDonald requested a criminal justice social work report and an assessment of Fitzpatrick’s suitability for a restriction of liberty order. The case has been adjourned until December 4 for further proceedings.
