Late-Night Train Perpetrator Banned from Contact with Underage Individuals

The incidents occurred on a train journey from Motherwell to Coatbridge, where Farrelly, appearing intoxicated, approached two teenage girls, making advances towards them. Despite their refusals, Farrelly persisted, leading to the girls leaving the carriage in discomfort.
A subsequent incident on the same train route saw Farrelly engaging in inappropriate conversation and making sexual remarks towards a 17-year-old male passenger, leaving the youth feeling uneasy.
