More than 1,300 residents and business owners in Lochside, Dumfries, have actively participated in shaping a masterplan for the area’s housing regeneration. Collaboratively, Wheatley Homes South and Dumfries and Galloway Council are spearheading one of the most substantial regeneration projects in the region.
