Students from S4 Practical Cookery at Trinity High showcased their culinary skills by crafting a three-course feast for school staff, peers, and visitors.
The menu for the day included a starter of lentil soup with bread rolls, followed by haggis, neeps, and tatties in a peppercorn sauce. For dessert, guests were treated to a trio of sweets: millionaires shortbread, tablet cheesecake, and cranachan. Tunnock’s generously donated additional treats for those with a sweet tooth.
