5p pill can lower blood pressure in older adults says new study

According to the NHS guidelines, adults aged 19 to 64 should aim to consume 700mg of calcium daily, while the recommended daily intake of vitamin D is 10 micrograms (mcg) for children and adults. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as individuals at risk of vitamin D deficiency, should also adhere to these guidelines. The study reinforces the importance of maintaining adequate levels of these essential nutrients for overall health and wellbeing.
