Harvey’s life is as impressive as a Rolls-Royce engine, having lived through significant milestones such as marrying his wife, raising two sons, and enjoying a successful 25-year career with Rolls-Royce. Despite retiring in 1990, Harvey remains active in his community, serving as the chairman of an Education in Retirement group and a founding member of the Kilbride Burns Club.
Throughout his life, Harvey has faced health challenges, including a heart attack in 2005 and recurring chest infections. Harvey attributes his longevity and happiness to his active lifestyle, attending church, participating in community activities, and maintaining a healthy diet by avoiding smoking, alcohol, and eating nutritious foods like fruit, porridge, and muesli.
