In a shocking incident, chilling CCTV footage captured the moment a husband attempted to kill his wife by running her over with his car not once, but twice. William Budge, aged 62, confessed to carrying out the horrifying murder bid against his wife of 33 years, Sandra Budge, aged 64, in Edinburgh on April 14, 2024.
