The incident prompted Kuenssberg to express her frustration and disappointment, stating that while there were important questions to be asked, the interview was no longer feasible. Both the BBC and Mr Johnson’s team agreed that it was best to call off the interview in light of the circumstances.
Boris Johnson, who served as prime minister from 2019 to 2022, is set to release his upcoming memoir, “Unleashed,” next week. The former politician has already provided insights into the content of his book, discussing topics such as Covid, the Queen, and his experiences with Conservative colleagues in Parliament. Johnson reflects on the efficacy of Covid lockdowns, indicating doubts about their necessity.
