Edinburgh-based developer Big Kid Entertainment has resurfaced its plans to build a huge new circus headquarters in West Lothian, specifically at Oakbank Road in East Calder. A pre-application notice (PAN) has been submitted to the West Lothian Council indicating their intention to apply for planning permission for the proposed development. The new circus base is expected to comprise various facilities such as changing rooms, showers, toilets, a kitchenette, and offices, alongside a temporary shed for circus service vehicles and equipment, enhanced landscape improvements, and a nature trail.
