A 15-year-old girl has alleged that she was drugged and raped by several people at a party hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The accusations were made public at a press conference, where attorney Tony Buzbee disclosed the claims against the rapper, which Combs denies. It is reported that Combs, 54, may face legal action from as many as 120 individuals who accuse him of facilitating sexual assaults through drugging. The alleged victims are planning to file lawsuits against Combs for exploitation and sexual abuse. During the press conference, Buzbee claimed that Combs used a horse tranquilizer to drug the victims, with one of them being a 15-year-old girl at the time of the incident. The attorney further alleged that the girl was flown to New York City for the party, where she was drugged and subsequently assaulted in a private room in Combs’ presence.
Additionally, Buzbee detailed another case involving a 20-year-old who was allegedly invited to a party with Combs at a hotel. The young woman reportedly only remembers being given one drink and nothing afterwards. She was later taken to the hospital, where tests revealed drugs such as cocaine and a horse tranquilizer in her system. Buzbee mentioned that drugs were found in several individuals’ systems, including one called Xylazine, known as a horse tranquilizer. The attorney announced plans to file lawsuits against Combs within the next 30 days on behalf of both male and female victims, ranging from ages nine to 38 at the time of the incidents, which are said to have occurred over a span of more than 20 years.
Following the press conference, Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff issued a statement refuting all allegations against him. While denying the claims of sexual abuse, including those involving minors, Combs looks forward to defending himself in court based on evidence rather than speculation. These potential lawsuits come after Combs faced charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, fraud, coercion, and transportation for prostitution, to which he has pleaded not guilty in court.
