Diddy’s lawyer claims he bought baby oil in bulk – Costco says it’s not possible

Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, faced accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. He was alleged to have conducted elaborate sex performances known as “freak-offs” in his homes and stored 1,000 bottles of baby oil between his properties in Miami and Los Angeles. These bottles, labelled as “Freak Off supplies,” were seized during a search in March 2024.

Following the indictment, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, questioned the relevance of the baby oil to the case, stating that one bottle could last a long time. He defended the purchase by mentioning Diddy’s big homes and bulk-buying habits, suggesting that Costco may have been the source. However, a Costco spokesperson refuted these claims by stating that baby oil is not sold in their US stores.

Reports also revealed Diddy’s past controversies, including footage from 2016 showing him mistreating his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. In response to the video, Diddy publicly apologised, expressing his disgust at his actions and his commitment to seeking help and becoming a better person.

With Diddy’s court hearing scheduled for October 9, the rapper continues to face legal challenges amidst ongoing allegations. His lawyer’s attempt to justify the bulk purchase of baby oil raises further questions in this intricate legal case. The unfolding developments surrounding Diddy’s legal troubles and personal actions highlight the complexities of his public image and the legal scrutiny he currently faces.

The saga involving Diddy’s legal battles and personal controversies serves as a reminder of the challenges faced by public figures under intense scrutiny.
