First picture of dad who died after exposure to ‘cleaning’ chemical

The first image of a father and owner of a cleaning business who tragically lost his life after being exposed to a hazardous ‘cleaning’ chemical has been revealed. Darren Aspinall suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away at his residence in Billinge, in St Helens, on the morning of Saturday, September 28. Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed that firefighters assisted paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service in an incident involving one individual affected by exposure to Xylene at a property.

In honour of Darren, several GoFundMe pages have been set up, including one to assist his 19-year-old son in covering the expenses of their shared cleaning business.
