Police have released CCTV images of five males following a robbery and assault that occurred in Glasgow city centre. The incident took place around 8.15pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in the vicinity of Hope Street and Waterloo Street.
The first male is described as white, of medium build, with a shaved head. He was wearing a fluorescent green t-shirt, a black zipped top, black tracksuit bottoms, and dark grey trainers. The second male is white, of large build, with short black hair, seen in a grey t-shirt, dark navy jacket, black tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers. The third male, described as white and slim, was wearing a black and white scarf, a black top, black shorts, black socks, and black and white trainers.
The fourth male, described as white and small build, had black hair and wore a grey zipped top with black sleeves, red tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers. The fifth male, of medium build with short black hair, sported a grey quarter zip top, black tracksuit bottoms, and white trainers.
Constable Buchanan stated, “Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are keen to speak to the men pictured as we believe they can assist with our investigation.” Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3792 of May 15, 2024. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
