The Alma Police Department revealed this week that Billy Jack Lincks, an Arkansas resident and owner of the red truck in question, has been identified as the individual who allegedly abducted Morgan in 1995. Lab testing confirmed that hair found in Lincks’ truck belonged to either Colleen Nick, Morgan’s mother, one of Colleen Nick’s siblings, or one of her children, leading to Lincks’ identification as a suspect.
