A father and his six-month-old baby boy have been reported missing from their home in Netherton, Merseyside, prompting a police search. Adam Skindzier, 44, and his son Nathan were last seen around 4pm on Friday. Authorities suspect that Adam could be driving a black Mercedes. Merseyside Constabulary has issued a plea for information to help locate the missing duo. Adam, who is of Polish descent, is described as a white male of large build, standing at approximately 6ft 1in. He has short brown greying hair, blue eyes, and a Polish accent.
Merseyside Police have confirmed that they are conducting extensive enquiries to find Adam and Nathan. They are urging anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact them on the non-emergency number 101, quoting log 342 of 4 October. This search effort coincides with ongoing efforts to locate another missing person, Victoria Taylor, a mum who was last captured on CCTV at a BP garage in Malton, North Yorkshire. Police divers have been combing the River Derwent after some of Victoria’s belongings were discovered near the river bank.
Inspector Martin Dennison of North Yorkshire Police expresses concerns over Victoria’s disappearance, emphasising the community’s wish for her safe return. Victoria, described as white and around 5ft 6in tall, remains the subject of active search operations in the Malton/Norton area. Local residents and family members have shared their thoughts on the situation, highlighting Victoria’s popularity and expressing hopes for her well-being. As these searches continue, the communities affected await updates on both cases, hoping for positive outcomes and safe returns for the missing individuals.
