A child killer who was released in the 1990s for good behavior has recently confessed to committing two additional murders. Raul Meza Jr., serving about a decade in prison for the murder of an 8-year-old girl, Kendra Page, was granted early release. However, he pled guilty to the killings of 65-year-old Gloria Lofton in 2019 and his 82-year-old roommate Jesse Fraga in 2023.
During his court appearance, Meza admitted his guilt, choosing not to address the families of the victims. He stated his lack of apology for those who may not be willing to accept it.
