UN Agency for Palestinians Warns Gaza Aid Work at Risk if Israeli Legislation Passes
The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees has issued a stark warning that humanitarian operations in Gaza and the West Bank could collapse if pending Israeli legislation moves forward. Philippe Lazzarini, the head of the agency known as UNRWA, raised alarm during a U.N. Security Council meeting, emphasising the potential catastrophic consequences should the Israeli bills become law.
