Sean “P-Diddy” Combs Accused of Sexually Assaulting Men and 16-Year-Old Boy
In a startling development, Sean “P-Diddy” Combs is facing accusations of raping women, sexually assaulting men, and molesting a 16-year-old boy. Six lawsuits were recently filed against the hip-hop mogul in federal court in Manhattan. These lawsuits, filed anonymously, include two by women identified as Jane Does and four by men identified as John Does. The accusers are part of a group of over 100 alleged victims taking legal action against Combs following his sex trafficking arrest last month.
One of the John Does, residing in North Carolina, alleges that Combs groped him when he was just 16 during one of the rapper’s notorious white parties in Long Island’s Hamptons back in 1998. The lawsuit details how, during a conversation about breaking into the music industry, Combs instructed the teen to expose himself as a supposed rite of passage. The teen complied out of fear and power imbalance, later realising it was a form of sexual assault.
The other lawsuits involve disturbing claims of rape, forced oral sex, and drugging to incapacitate victims. Prior to these new lawsuits, Combs had only faced accusations in civil cases and a criminal indictment related to sexual activity with adults. Representatives for Combs have not responded to requests for comments on these latest allegations.
Combs, aged 54, has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, alleging that he coerced and abused women over years with the help of associates and employees. The accusations also include claims of silencing victims through blackmail, violence, and intimidation. Despite efforts for bail, Combs remains in federal custody in Brooklyn, with concerns about potential witness tampering.
At a recent bail hearing, a judge denied a $50 million bail package due to fears that Combs posed a threat to tamper with witnesses. An appeals court judge also denied immediate release while considering his bail request. The facility where Combs is detained has a history of violence and dysfunction. The legal battle surrounding these serious allegations continues to unfold as more victims come forward.
