Firbank Park at Dinnet, located within the Cairngorms National Park, has been named the Certificated Location (CL) of the Year 2024 for Scotland by the Caravan and Motorhome Club. The site, owned by Archie and Justine Buchanan, offers a serene setting close to walking trails, bike paths, and Munros. Situated just a short distance from the villages of Ballater and Aboyne, guests can reach Balmoral Castle, the Royal Family’s Scottish residence, within a 20-minute drive. The park’s website even hints that visitors might have a chance to spot a member of the Royal Family, who are known to explore the surrounding area.
Adding to the allure of Firbank Park is the enchanting Dinnet Oakwood forest that serves as a scenic backdrop.
