The first theft occurred around 12.25am on Monday, 14 October, where a black Range Rover Sport and a white Ford Transit Custom were stolen from properties on Beechwood Road in Blackburn. Fortunately, the Range Rover was later found in the Shotts area. The second incident happened around 3.55am on Tuesday, 15 October, when a blue Ford Transit was stolen on Loanfoot Road in Broxburn.
Detective Constable Jason Watt mentioned that the police are currently looking into whether these thefts are linked. They are urging anyone with information or CCTV footage of the areas during the time of the crimes to come forward to assist with the investigation.
