Key dates as Christmas shopping countdown begins for bespoke Ayr market

Christmas shopping has officially kicked off with the announcement of key dates for the Handmade in Ayr Market at the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum. The market, featuring scores of traders displaying a variety of unique items, will take place from Saturday, December 7 to Sunday, December 8. On Saturday, the stalls will be open from 10am to 4pm, and on Sunday from 11am to 4pm.

A special Christmas Shopping evening is scheduled for Thursday, November 28 from 6pm to 9pm for early festive shoppers. For those eager to start even sooner, a selection of traders will be at a pop-up event at Alloway Village Hall on Saturday, December 7, showcasing work from 12 artists.
