Scottish Government chief economic advisor to give speech in Dumfries
Dr. Gary Gillespie FAcSS, the Scottish Government chief economic advisor, will be giving a lecture in the Crichton Conversations series in Dumfries. The event will take place at the Gilchrist Room in Easterbrook Hall on Bankend Road. The lecture titled, “Does structural economic change accelerate in times of crises? Are we in such a period and what does it imply for all parts of Scotland?” is sponsored by Scotland’s Rural College and is scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, from 7.30pm to 9pm with doors opening at 6.30pm for tea and coffee.
