Dunblane bricklayer secures special apprenticeship after work with house builder

A bricklayer from Dunblane has recently been granted a special apprenticeship opportunity following his work with a prominent house builder. Dale Robertson, who has been employed with Persimmon Homes since 2022, has proven himself both in the classroom and on construction sites. Out of the 45 apprentices at Persimmon, Dale was one of three selected by the company to participate in the Advanced Craft bricklaying course at South Lanarkshire College.

This specialised course is designed to help apprentices like Dale enhance their existing skills, learn advanced techniques, and gain practical expertise in bricklaying.
