Cops in Search for Gang Involved in Break-Ins at Several Scottish Homes

Police are currently on the lookout for a gang that has been involved in breaking into multiple homes in Scotland. The incidents occurred on different dates, with the first one taking place between 5pm on Tuesday, 12 November and 7am on Wednesday, 13 November at a residence on Castle Crescent. Authorities are working to determine if any items were stolen during the break-in.

Another attempted break-in happened around 2.30am on Wednesday, 13 November, at a house on Blair Road. The suspects were interrupted and fled through the rear garden onto Sandilands Lane, then onto Sandilands Road. They were last spotted getting into a white Volkswagen Golf estate car parked on Blair Road.

Detective Constable Graeme Comrie urged the local community to come forward with any information they may have regarding the crimes. He asked residents whether they were in the vicinity of Castle Crescent or Blair Road during the specified times and if they witnessed any suspicious activities or the presence of a white Volkswagen Golf estate car. Those with details can reach out to the authorities by dialing 101 and quoting reference number 0716 of 13 November. Reports can also be made anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
