A 14-year-old teenager has been charged in connection with the theft of a mobile phone from a 13-year-old boy in Livingston. The incident took place around 12:45 pm on Saturday, 16th November 2024 on Lanark Avenue, near Carmondean Centre Road. The teenager was robbed of his mobile phone during the incident.
