CCTV of ‘Eastern European’ man released in connection to two assaults in Glasgow

Police Scotland have released CCTV images of a man described as “Eastern European” in connection to two assaults with intent to rob in Glasgow. The incidents took place on Thursday, July 11, 2024, between 10.10pm and 10.30pm on Bellgrove Street and Tobago Street in the Calton area. The man, believed to be in his 30s with black hair, was seen wearing a black hooded top, a white t-shirt, dark trousers, and grey shoes.

Detective Constable Robert Carrigan stated that they are seeking the male in the images or anyone who may have information to come forward. Police believe that he could assist with their ongoing investigation and are appealing for him or anyone who recognises him to get in touch.
