Pupils and staff at Kilsyth Primary School are celebrating a significant achievement after being awarded the prestigious Digital Schools Award and gaining recognition as a Digital Mentoring School. To commemorate this success, the school organised a special Digital Schools Award ceremony attended by pupils, staff, local politicians, and parent council representatives.
During the ceremony, the Make It Happen Club revealed the winner of the App Design Challenge, which was Louise Carberry with her ‘Save the Whale’ app idea. Additionally, several pupils received certificates for their innovative ideas. P7 pupils also showcased a film of their visit to Sky Studios, while the school’s digital leaders presented the future plans for Kilsyth Primary’s digital journey.
