Instead, he will be spending the holiday at the Royal Lodge with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.
Amidst another scandal, Prince Andrew also decided to withdraw from a pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace, an event attended by over 70 members of the Royal Family, which allows King Charles to extend his Christmas wishes before heading to Sandringham.
