Man dies after medical incident at Edinburgh Tesco car park

A man tragically passed away after a medical emergency at Tesco Extra in Corstorphine, Edinburgh. First responders were alerted to the scene after witnesses reported a car crashing through multiple barriers and a trolley storage unit. The incident occurred around 8.40am on Sunday, December 22, as reported by Edinburgh Live.

Police confirmed that the man was swiftly taken to the hospital following the incident but, sadly, succumbed to his condition shortly after. Authorities have stated that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man’s death. A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned, “There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”

The Scottish Ambulance Service and Tesco have yet to provide any comments regarding the incident. The community is left mourning the loss of the individual who encountered the medical emergency in the supermarket car park.
