Police Scotland provided a statement saying, “Around 2.20pm on Monday, 23 December 2024, police received a report of a 15-year-old male youth having been assaulted by another youth in the Moredun area of Edinburgh. The 15-year-old injured youth was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where he was treated for his injuries before being released. A 15-year-old male youth was arrested and reported in connection with the incident.”
