Duncan McGregor, aged 55, was last seen on Perth High Street at approximately 2:50 pm on Tuesday, December 24. Described as a white male with a white beard, Duncan stands at around 5ft 8in with a medium build. Constable Cameron Sutherland issued a plea, stating, “We have been reviewing CCTV images from in and around the city centre and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen Duncan to contact us.
