The fatal crash took place around 4pm on Monday on the B842 road at Knocknaha near Stewarton, by Campbeltown, involving a red BMW which collided with two adjacent houses.
Emergency services swiftly responded to the scene where the passenger of the BMW, a 25-year-old man, was pronounced deceased. The driver of the car, a 23-year-old male, was transported to the hospital for treatment, while fortunately, no residents inside the houses suffered any injuries.
