Zachary, who required a liver transplant due to birth complications, underwent multiple surgeries and medical procedures. Although he received a liver transplant in 2023, he unfortunately developed sepsis during his recovery, leading to severe damage to the donor organ.
Jade, in a heartbreaking social media post, shared the devastating news of Zachary’s passing, expressing her profound grief. She described Zachary as the source of happiness in their lives and acknowledged the valuable lessons he had taught them in his short life.
A memorial service to honour Zachary’s life is being planned for the following week, and donations towards the family’s fundraiser can be made to support them during this difficult time.
