A mother has been charged with the murder of her baby girl and has been pictured cuddling a cat in new photographs that have been released. Kinga Wydrzynska, 24, along with her partner Michal Stasiak, 26, appeared in court to face allegations of killing one-year-old Isabella Stasiak in Rugby, Warwickshire. The couple faced charges of murder and causing or allowing the death of a child at Coventry Magistrates Court this morning. Stasiak also faced additional accusations of possessing indecent images of a child.
The tragic incident occurred on January 7 when little Isabella suffered a cardiac arrest at Wydrzynska’s residence in Johnson Avenue and ultimately passed away in the hospital. The couple has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Warwick Crown Court on Monday, according to Warwickshire Police. In response to the incident, the West Midlands Ambulance Service dispatched two ambulances and a paramedic officer to the scene in Rugby in the early hours of Tuesday morning, where the baby was found in critical condition.
