Following Mr. Dawood’s passing, a Grant of Letters of Administration was issued to the estate’s administrator, typically a spouse or close blood relative, to handle the legal affairs.
Christine Dawood and her family resided in a lavish mansion in Surrey, with the will indicating Mr. Dawood’s primary residence in Pakistan, thereby keeping the bulk of his wealth overseas. The University of Strathclyde, where Suleman Dawood was a student, expressed deep condolences to the family, underscoring the profound sadness felt by the entire community over the tragic loss. Alongside Shahzada and Suleman Dawood, the Titan sub also carried OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, British businessman Hamish Harding, and French diver Paul-Henry Nargeolet, who perished in the same incident.
