Following approval from Perth and Kinross Council’s Planning department in November 2023 for a change of use for the building, the stage was set for the new wine bar and restaurant to come to life.
During a recent meeting on January 15, councillors deliberated on a premises licensing application for the venue. The applicant, Mrs. Munro, shared her vision for the place, highlighting plans for a function room where charity events, art exhibitions, and wine classes could be held.
